THE SHORT REPORT - ST. THOMAS

04/19/11 Typical Revenge Sam... goes out in the morning, releases a blue marlin and hops an afternoon flight back to Miami. That's three in the last 3 days for an angler who is 80+ yrs. and holding. Marlin Prince released their first for the year and they also saw a white. Things are looking good for the summer!

04/18/11 Fishing is pretty good. Revenge today was 1/2 but all the boats out there (Mixed Bag, Double Header, About Time, Abigail III) either caught or saw blue marlin. The dolphin are mixed in, some pretty good sized ones. Typical spring day on the South.

04/17/11Sam Jennings saw one blue and released it. Marlin Prince 1/1 on whites. Capt. Red Bailey's charter on Abigail III caught 18 dolphin and they were 1/2 on blues. See results of Virgin Islands Game Fishing Club's Dolphin Derby here

04/16/11 Wish there was more to the report. Sam's crew all took home some dolphin to eat tonight. Maybe Mixed bag was 1/2 on the blues. Hooiser Buddy released a white. No Mohito report. Hello Cap Cana? The Virgin Islands Game Fishing Club (VIGFC) will have it's Annual Dolphin Derby tomorrow. Good luck to the contestants!

04/15/11 Revenge saw 5 whites that they no catch. Therapy jumped off a blue down by Vieques and we didn't get Mojito's report. Weather beautiful.

04/14/11 Sam Jennings on Revenge fished today and caught several large dolphin (one a 40 pounder) and they maybe had 2 white bites. One of the PR boats busted off a 500lb fish, all on the South. Mojito will be joining in tomorrow so stay tuned for the Apr. Moon reports! Also, we heard from Damon last night and the news is they are biting over in Cap Cana.
